Returns & Exchanges
Due to the perishable nature of fine wine and alcohol regulations, Thatcher’s Wine only accepts returns for products that are corked, flawed, or shipped in error. All return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery to ensure the integrity of our curated collection.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Customer Support
Email our cellar team with your order number and a brief description of the issue or flaw found in the bottle.
- 2.Verification Process
Provide a photo of the open bottle and the original cork; for corked or flawed wines, we require the bottle to be at least three-quarters full for lab analysis.
- 3.Secure Packaging
Once approved, carefully repack the bottle in its original specialized wine shipping container to prevent breakage during transit.
- 4.Refund or Replacement
Upon receipt and inspection of the bottle, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship a replacement bottle of the same vintage.
